In our Guest Recipes page we showcase recipes taken from a title reviewed in the cookery books section of our members magazine. The current featured recipes have been taken from "Prashad: Indian Vegetarian Cooking" reviewed in the Winter edition of The Vegetarian and includes Paneer Tikka - Griddled Spicy Paneer Skewers and Gajar Halva - Traditional Carrot & Cadamon Pudding.
