
Chico is our specialist world foods presenter at the Cordon Vert School, teaching global cuisine to food enthusiasts and professionals. Having trained in Tunisia, Italy, Bombay and the UK in food development, Chico has extensive first hand knowledge of Middle Eastern, North African, Southern Europe, Asian, Far Eastern regions and associated cuisines.
Chico has spent time working for a number of restaurant and hotel establishments and now runs his own company; London Cuisine. London Cuisine is actively involved in the development, promotion and catering of ethnic, vegetarian foods as well as private training and education. An ever increasing proportion of London Cuisine is in developing new recipes, discovering foods from more remote places, food textures and advanced food concepts.
Chico is also an active member of the Cookery and Food Association and sole private caterer to Prinz Von Hohenzollern family.
