The Cordon Vert Diploma Week
Our intensive Cordon Vert Professional Chef's Diploma programme aims to train participants in all aspect of vegetarian catering over one week.

This course is ideal for chefs or managers already working in the industry who wish to gain a better understanding of vegetarian food, or for those interested in gaining more experience to possibly enter the catering trade.

Open Days for Chefs and Caterers
Open days are held throughout the year for those who which to come in to talk to our tutors or see our teaching facilities.
