MoreNew Cordon Vert Diploma Graduates

We are pleased to announce that four more students have passed our Cordon Vert professional chefs cookery diploma with flying colours. 

On the morning of the last day they faced the final task of having to create and then cook a buffet lunch for a lounge full of hungry Vegetarian Society diners. After being congratulated by us all for all their hard work over the week, the chefs were then presented with their well earned Cordon Vert diploma.

The students and tutors from this weeks course were: (from left to right) Adriana Chiquetto, Principal Tutor Alex Connell, Tutor Jane Hughes, Michael Abramson, Nataleigh Strasburg and Robert Higginson.

Adriana, vice president of Vidya Yoga Ashram, said of the course: "The experience of being at the Vegetarian Society and attending the Cordon Vert classes was very important for me and changed my way of creating and cooking veggie meals. Even my own recipes are different now and the comments made by my firends and family are very positive!"
