Spring is a refreshing time of the year that makes people look forward to the fruit and vegetables the new season will have to offer.
If you're looking for a bit of inspiration for cooking this Spring, why not treat yourself to one of our courses coming up in May? You will take home with you not only memories of having a great day meeting like minded cooks, but also an abundance of new recipes and ideas.
All our courses start from 9.30am and run through to 4pm approximately, unless otherwise stated.
Vegan Toolkit (Fri 3)
Essential kitchen know-how for new vegans and the vegan-curious!
Flavours of North Africa (Sat 4)
Join us as we take you on a culinary journey through the sukhs of Morocco and Egypt. A blend of traditional Mediterranean ingredients mixed with exotic fruits and spices make dishes like Harira Soup, Shakshouka and many more.
Healthy Eating (Fri 10)

Flavours of Mexico (Sat 11)
Learn to create simple spicy food using native ingredients, steeped in history from one of North Americas most fascinating countries. Discover how to make real Mexican chilli, Rellenos, enchiladas and burritos. Come and enjoy a Mexican fiesta!
Luxurious Lunch Dining Experience (Thursday 16. 2 ½ hour session, 12pm to 2.30pm)
Be indulged while you learn something new to add to your culinary repertoire in our popular dining experience "Luxurious Lunch". Hosted by Principal Tutor Alex Connell.
Best of British (Fri 17)
In warm friendly atmosphere, our tutor will take you on a nostalgic culinary journey of Britain’s comfort food where old favourites will be reinstated as the classics they are!

Food for Free Foraging Day (Sun 26)
A leisure course all about discovering wild food and how to cook it with it. Come and enjoy a field trip foraging, a talk on wild food and a relaxing buffet lunch.

We have a new course running at our London venue in May called Wild Fusion. We also have our popular Far Eastern with a Twist of Lime workshop returning too. All our London courses start at 10am and finish at approximately 4pm.
Wild Fusion (Sat 18)
Using strong and established food structures and advanced flavouring concepts, this course creatively blends recipes with ingredients that normally one would not use, but that will make a stunning surprise.
Far Eastern with a Twist of Lime (Sun 26)
A new course from Chico, reflecting the very best of vegetarian Far Eastern cuisine. This course will show you the true originality of Far Eastern cookery.
