questions from our students. If your question cannot be answered here you can contact us with your enquiry.
Bookings:
Can I cancel my course place or transfer? You can cancel your place up to 10 working
days before the course commences by phoning 0161 925 2015 and then by
confirmation of cancellation by letter. Unfortunately, after this we are
unable to offer a refund or transfer unless we are able to resell your
place. If you are unable to attend you may also opt to send a friend or
relative in your place instead - there is no additional charge for this.

Can I reserve a place
without paying? As we need a minimum number of attendee's to
run a course all places must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
The only exceptions are our professional courses where your company may request
to pay by invoice.
Can I turn up on the
day and attend a workshop without booking? No sorry.
We need to buy in the food for a set number of students the day before
meaning it is not possible to accommodate extra students who have not
booked their place in advance.
Can I
insure my place in case of sickness, etc? We do not offer insurance or endorse
any
particular broker but do recommend that students take out insurance with
their local travel agents in case they are unable to attend due to
sickness or other unforeseen problems. This is particularly advised for
students travelling a distance, from overseas and/or attending two-day
workshops where financial loss through non-attendance may be
substantial.
The course I'd like to do
is full but can I
go on a waiting list?
Yes. Just
email us or give us a ring on 0161 925 2015. We will put your name
down and give you a call if any places become available. Often if there is enough demand on the waiting list we may
be able to schedule an additional course into our calendar.
