Far Eastern with a Twist of Lime
Flavours from the Far East are something we are increasingly becoming aware of. All too often these can be repetition of a theme – be it a red, green or yellow curry or another adaptation on vegetarian spring rolls or fried noodles.
This workshop brings together some of the less known dishes made at home embracing ingredients, flavours and combinations the Far Eastern countries enjoy which also includes street foods too. Whether you are familiar with dishes from the Far East or looking for culinary inspiration this workshop will stimulate taste sensations with foods to share and impress.
Hosted by Chico Francesco, world gourmet chef, he shares some of his travels and foods picked up enroute. Ingredients used on this workshop maybe familiar but it’s the adaptation and use of them that brings a surprising difference.
