Autumn Evenings Classes
Part 1 runs one evening a week over five weeks and builds your basic skills and techniques with fun recipes.
Alex Connell, our principal tutor, will guide you to create a range of wonderful vegetarian dishes you will enjoy time and time again. This sociable and practical course is open to anyone interested in cooking and great food.
Each session you will get expert tuition and hands on experience to develop new skills in the kitchen. A brief outline of what you will cover on each session includes the following:
Arrival time on each evening is 6.30pm with a finish time of approximately 9.30pm.
Week One (Wednesday, 5th September) - Basic cookery techniques, knife skills, plus pasta, bread and pastry.
Week Two (Wednesday, 12th September) - Classic British cuisine – traditional classic dishes with veggie twist.
Week Three (Wednesday, 19th September) - International flavours- a sample of global cuisine from Italy, Spain, Morocco, Thailand and Japan.
Week Four (Wednesday, 26th September) - Quick and easy, delicious meals in minutes.
Week Five (Wednesday, 3rd October) - Dinner party and fine dining for that special occasion.
The price below includes tutition for all five classes, handouts and workbooks plus the ingredients.Dates
