Flavours of France
Internationally acknowledged as world leaders when it comes to cooking, but sadly not always in terms of vegetarian cuisine, this new course has a broad range of dishes which will dispell the myth that France has nothing to offer vegetarians or those appreciating good, meat free dishes.
The day will start with a series of cookery demonstrations followed by hands on preparation of a number of dishes. The day will end by enjoying the fruits of the labour with a superb lunch. Viva la France!
