This one day cookery course will take you down memory lane cooking and eating old favourites you will want to have time and time again. This new course has been developed in response to the resurgence in popularity of good honest British cuisine.
As this course covers pastry making and baking it is perfect for beginners wanting to get a good understanding of the basic techniques in cooking.
