La Dolce Vita Workshop
There is so much more beyond the classic impression of Italian food as it is represented on our high streets today. The country is divided into 19 regions; each representing their own cultural and culinary heritage and each one sharing their specialities and tales from Parmigiana in Campania to risotto in Piedmont.
However, this workshop prefers to venture away from the big cities and off into the beaten track to share and expand on some of the more rural cuisines Italy has to offer. The diversity of the country’s cuisines lends itself well to a natural vegetarian way of life often combining flavours and ingredients we are all too familiar with albeit in a very different and sophisticated way.
This workshop is truly full of expected surprises as it brings the best of the Italian ingredients alive that are both achievable and attainable for most people for both everyday enjoyments through to weekend leisure time.
