Flavours of MexicoFlavours of Mexico

Come join the fiesta with Flavours of Mexico. Learn to create simple spicy food using native ingredients, steeped in history from one of North Americas most fascinating countries.

On the course you may make dishes such as Mexican chilli, Rellenos (deep fried chillis with cheese), enchiladas and burritos, along with all of the accompaniments to make a classic Mexican fiesta.

Welcome, registration and coffee are at 9.15am. Our expert tutor demonstrates dishes to you in the morning and then helps you re-create a selection of them for your lunch, which is shared buffet style. The course finishes at approximately 3.00 – 3.30pm.

Some Comments from Our Previous Students:
Alice from Sale, "Fantastic! Brilliant tutors - we could have enjoyed cooking all day."

Sarah from Birmingham,"I loved this course! I learnt that Mexican food is not just about hot chillies, but also delicately balanced flavours too. I'd never cooked with cactus before either!"
