If you are new to vegetarianism or want to learn the basics from scratch, our two-day "Introduction to Vegetarian Cooking" weekend is just for you. It's packed with demonstrations and hands-on workshops. Also covered is how to live healthily on a vegetarian diet and menu planning exercises.

You will be introduced to a variety of ingredients and flavourings to show how to make vegetarian meals that are interesting, nutritious and of course delicious!

Get to grips with the essentials, such as making sauces and creating fabulous salads. Develop your confidence to adapt recipes to suit your own taste. Meet other aspiring veggie cooks and enjoy socialising as you eat what the group have cooked together in a mouth-watering buffet lunch.
