Vegan Venture (FREE for 16-25 year olds)
We are pleased to announce that our popular Vegan Ventures Workshop will once again be held at Parkdale on Saturday 10th August 2013. These one day vegan workshops have been especially designed for young vegetarians between the ages of 16-25.
As it is fully funded by the Vegetarian Charity places are available free of charge including travel costs and accommodation (subject to availability and successful applications).
The recipes taught are quick and easy vegan dishes that not only taste wonderful, but won’t break the bank either! With mouthwatering recipes like mushroom and butterbean stroganoff, spicy lettuce and sweet corn soup and apple and blackberry with crunchy nut topping and custard, you’ll be spoilt for choice.
If you’d like to gain new ideas and some basic culinary skills why not apply for a fully funded place by filling in the application form here and returning it to the address below:

Some Comments from Our Previous Students:
“This was a really fantastic experience and it is very kind of the Vegetarian Charity to put in the time and effort to teach us. A really enjoyable day! Very organised. Excellent teacher who was also patient with beginners”
"I really enjoyed the course and thought the demonstrations were a definite high point- very clear and engaging. It’s also a great opportunity to meet other like-minded people."
