Vegan Venture (FREE for 16-25 year olds)

We are pleased to announce that our popular Vegan Venture workshop will once again be held here on Saturday 16 August 2014. This one day vegan workshop has been especially designed for young vegetarians between the ages of 16 and 25.
Places are subsidized by the Vegetarian Charity, therefore are free to all participants, subject to availability and successful application. Places also cover travel costs and local hotel accommodation.
The recipes taught are quick and easy vegan dishes that not only taste wonderful, but won’t break the bank either! With mouthwatering recipes like mushroom and butterbean stroganoff, spicy lettuce and sweet corn soup and apple and blackberry with crunchy nut topping and custard, you’ll be spoiled for choice.
