A course totally devoted to traditional Indian cuisine with a modern twist!
The Cordon Vert Cookery school is pleased to introduce Nina and Sumita, two exceptional and charismatic Indian chefs. Nina and Sumita believe passionately that Indian Cuisine has the most varied, exciting and tastiest vegetarian dishes in the world.
Having perfected their teaching skills over the past five years they promise to have even the absolute beginner cooking stunning, contemporary Indian food in no time at all.
The course will teach you the secrets behind dishes such as Moongi Masoor Ki Daal as well as how to make your very own paneer. Nina and Sumita will guide you through spice blending to help you create authentic Indian cuisine time and time again in your home.
Registration and coffee is at 9.15am with a finish time of approximately 3.30pm.
