Flavours of Italy
Let us take you on a sensory journey through Italy . The Italians are renowned for their devotion to fresh food and our course is no different. On the course you may make dishes such as pizza, delicious risottos and perfect tiramisu to name but a few. Buon Appetito!
Welcome, registration and coffee are at 9.15am. Our expert tutor demonstrates dishes to you in the morning and then helps you re-create a selection of them for your lunch, which is shared buffet style. The course finishes at approximately 3.00 – 3.30pm.
