Flavours of North Africa
Join us as we take you on a culinary journey through the sukhs of Morocco and Egypt. A blend of traditional Mediterranean ingredients mixed with exotic fruits and spices make Harira Soup, Shakshouka and many more delightfully exotic dishes.
Welcome, registration and coffee are at 9.15am. Our expert tutor demonstrates dishes to you in the morning and then helps you re-create a selection of them for your lunch, which is shared buffet style. The course finishes at approximately 3.00 – 3.30pm.
