Flavours of the World Workshop Flavours of the World Workshop

Why restrict your palette to just one style of cooking? This hands-on workshop will take you on a speedy culinary world trip.

You’ll learn about the foods of the countries you visit and then learn about a delicious array of world cuisine. On the course you may make dishes such as bobotie from South Africa, coffee, ginger and rum trifle from the Caribbean and dolmades with muhumara from the Middle East.

You will be shown the dishes during demonstrations in the morning and then work in groups to recreate a selection which will be enjoyed by everyone as an informal buffet lunch. Registration and coffee is at 9.15am with an approximate finish time of 3.00-3.30pm.
