Truffle Making (daytime/2-hours)
A great introduction to simple chocolate truffle making. It’s suitable for anyone who wants to know more about chocolate generally and how to get the perfect result every time without any special equipment.
In this short workshop, you will learn how to make a ganache, learn something of the history and nutritional value of chocolate and how to store your truffles if they last long enough!
The workshop is two and half hours long, it’s good fun and great for anyone on a tight schedule.
There are opportunities to build on the basic truffle with further courses on flavourings and moulding.
Skill level: Suitable for all
This is the daytime version of our Truffle Making Workshop. The course lasts approximately 2 hours and is set in a relaxed and friendly environment. Doors open at 9.45am for start at 10am and runs through to 12pm approx.
NB - Please note that the actual course content is identical to that on our evening event.
