Winter Evening Classes
Due to continued demand we are pleased to announce evening classes will start at the Cordon Vert cookery school in November for the Winter term.
Each session you will get expert tuition and hands on experience to develop new skills in the kitchen. A brief outline of what you will cover on each session includes the following:
Arrival time on each evening is 6.30pm with a finish time of approximately 9.30pm.
Week One (Wednesday, 14th Nov) - Basic cookery techniques, knife skills, plus pasta, bread and pastry.
Week Two (Wednesday, 21st Nov) - Classic British cuisine – traditional classic dishes with veggie twist.
Week Three (Wednesday, 28th Nov) - International flavours- a sample of global cuisine from Italy, Spain, Morocco, Thailand and Japan.
Week Four (Wednesday, 5th Dec) - Quick and easy, delicious meals in minutes.
Week Five (Wednesday, 12 Dec) - Dinner party and fine dining for that special occasion.
The price below includes tuition for all five classes, handouts, workbooks and any ingredients.Dates
