Vegetarian Sushi & Sake Tasting Evening (NOT IN USE)

Come and learn all about the fascinating world of vegetarian sushi and watch some professional roll making by our expert Simon Phillips, in our new Watch & Taste evening course.

If you think you know what sushi is, think again as Simon uses cheeses, roasted vegetables, egg, chutneys and even hummus to create a fantastic selection of bite sized works of art.

Following the demonstration, you will be able to taste all of the sushi as well as a selection of premium sake supplied by a leading Japanese producer.
