Flavours of the Caribbean
The Caribbean is an excellent place to draw inspiration for vegetarian cooking as it offers us an eclectic mix of cultural influences stemming from Africa, the Americas, Europe, India and China.
We will introduce you to new and exotic ingredients such as breadfruit, green seasoning or cassareep and how to cook with them. You'll also learn how to make some of the regions national dishes. On the course you may make dishes such as Pepperpot Stew or Oil Down along with other Caribbean delights.
So come and warm yourself with a little tropical sunshine on Flavours of the Caribbean!
